balance due, and other necessary information with vendors who perform support
services for us, such as vendors who produce collection letters or process data

abide by our privacy policy and maintain the confidentiality of your personal
information. They sign confidentiality agreements with us agreeing to protect,
safeguard, and not disclose your information, and to, like us, abide by all
applicable state and federal laws. Those laws include the Gramm Leach-Bliley
Act and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.
