We may obtain information such as your employment, neighbors, relatives, address, telephone number, creditors, payment history, real estate assets, etc. from your credit bureau report, conversations with you and others, and from skip trace tools employed during the collection process.

balance due, and other necessary information with vendors who perform support
services for us, such as vendors who produce collection letters or process data

We maintain appropriate physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with all applicable state and federal security guidelines. Access to your information is restricted to those who need that information to do their jobs, and these individuals have been trained to safeguard your information and keep it confidential at all times. Employees who violate our policies are subject to appropriate disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. In addition, we insist that our vendors abide by our strict privacy policy and maintain the confidentiality of your personal information. All vendors sign confidentiality agreements with our company agreeing to protect, safeguard, and not disclose your information and to abide by all applicable state and federal laws, including but not limited to the Gramm Leach-Bliley Act and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.
