Progressive is proud to announce that two staff members earned the designation of certified Credit and Collection Compliance Officers from the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals (ACA International). Progressive's Onsite Coporate Counsel and Director of Audit and Compliance completed the certification at the 2011 ACA Spring Forum held in Scottsdale, Arizona.

According to the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals, "ACA's CCCO Designation is a mark of commitment to professionalism and dedication to continuing education."

In order to qualify for the designation, attendees were required to attend several classes and show retention of the material by completing a closed book test. The topics addressed over the three days of courses included:

     The Credit and Compliance Officer Workshop
     Ethical and Professional Collections
     Data Security and Privacy
     Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA): Hot Topics
     Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)
